1. How to order a catalog?

There are 3 easy ways to order a catalog:

• Phone (1-973-751-9200)

  When phoning in for a catalog, please provide your name, address and telephone number. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

• Fax or mail

  Complete fax/mail catalog order form and either print out the page to send from your fax machine or fax directly from your computer. Payment can be made with either Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

2. What comes with the catalog?

• Current paint catalog and current supplements.
• Ordering instructions.
• Money off Voucher (for $5.00 value paid for your catalog)
• Fax order form.
• Sale brochure for current month.
• Special offer of 10% off first order, if ordered within 10 days.

How to order product using the order form?

Please provide the following information:

• Name and Address with Zip Code.
• Phone Number
• List Item Number
• Quantity
• Price
• Item Description
• Calculate postage and handling with chart (refer to instructions)
• Ship-to address (Please note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. If you have a PO BOX, please provide a separate address where your order can be sent if different from the billing address)
